Friendly owner, helpful staff. Convenient parking, may be limited. Enjoyed substantial afternoon tea, especially the scones with jam and clotted cream. High standard for breakfast. Delightful stay, exceeded expectations for a b&b.

We had a fantastic stay here. The owner was very accommodating and showed us different rooms until we found one with a comfortable bed. The hotel is in an excellent location near the sea and close to the beach. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom was perfect, and we appreciated having a fan to keep us cool. The hotel also provided a variety of refreshments in the room, including tea, coffee, water, and biscuits. The breakfast selection was extensive, with delicious vegan options available for me and a great choice for my vegetarian wife. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the locally produced artwork on display, adding a unique touch to the hotel.

The hotel's garden provides a pleasant setting for relaxation, such as enjoying an evening in the cafe's outdoor area. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious, with options like fresh fruit salad and flavorful mushrooms.

One minor downside was the thin walls between rooms, which could occasionally lead to noise disturbances.

The location was perfect, right next to the beach, and the garden area provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the limited parking. this is to be expected in such a prime location.

The hotel also boasts a fine garden, filled with the melodious songs of birds, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel hosted an art exhibit, offering unique pieces at fantastic prices. Although the location wasn't ideal for me as a train traveler, those with cars will find convenient parking right outside.
